Candidate Agreement

1. Purpose

This Candidate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Marion International Inc. (“Elite Domo”) and any individual (“Candidate”) who registers with or is referred to Elite Domo for the purpose of private household placement services. This Agreement governs the terms under which Elite Domo will represent, present, and place the Candidate.

2. Confidentiality

The Candidate acknowledges that all information concerning Elite Domo's clients, including their identity, household composition, location, and requirements, is strictly confidential. The Candidate agrees not to disclose such information to any third party during or after the placement process, unless required by law.

3. Exclusive Representation

By registering with Elite Domo, the Candidate agrees that Elite Domo serves as their exclusive representative for any placement opportunities introduced by Elite Domo. The Candidate must not contact or accept employment from an Elite Domo client except through Elite Domo for a period of twelve (12) months following any introduction.

4. Accuracy of Information

The Candidate warrants that all information provided to Elite Domo (including resumes, references, certifications, and background) is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of the Agreement and of representation.

5. Fees

Elite Domo's placement fees are paid exclusively by the employing client. No fees are charged to the Candidate for registration, representation, or placement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Elite Domo reserves the right to immediately cease representation of a Candidate if any term of this Agreement is breached.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
