Position Description
Summary
Our client is seeking a Private Chauffeur responsible for transporting and running errands for the CEO and family members to various locations in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. The Chauffeur will ensure that vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and always presentable.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and secure transportation to and from destinations.
- Plan routes to ensure the most efficient journey.
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, as well as with luggage.
- Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness, both inside and out.
- Ensuring the vehicle is properly maintained; coordinate timely servicing and repairs, as well as for other vehicles owned by the family.
- Be available on-call for unscheduled drives.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of travel, expenses, and vehicle maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service and always demonstrate professionalism.
- Perform various errands and pick-ups/deliveries as needed.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Extensive knowledge of local and surrounding areas.
- Proven experience as a private chauffeur.
- Excellent navigational skills and proficiency with GPS devices.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility with working hours; availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and assist passengers when necessary.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
